Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrustContent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country.

TrustContent is a community directory for discovering and evaluating online creators. The service lets people browse creator profiles and, when signed in, add creators, publish reviews, endorse creators, and request ownership of a creator profile.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. The information you provide must be accurate and you may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a creator.

We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms, harm the service, or put other users at risk.

You keep ownership of reviews, profile information, and other material you submit. You give TrustContent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that material as needed to operate and promote the service.

Your contributions must not:

• be unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or deliberately false;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• contain malware, spam, or attempts to manipulate rankings;
• harass people or disclose sensitive personal information.

We may moderate or remove contributions that break these rules, but we are not required to review every contribution before it appears.

Creator profiles may be assembled from public information or community submissions. Claiming a profile does not transfer ownership of any third-party brand, account, or content. We may request verification, reject a claim, or reverse a decision when evidence is incomplete, inaccurate, or disputed.

TrustContent links to creators and uses third-party services such as Google and X for sign-in or verification. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms may also apply to you.

The service and its community-generated content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rankings, scores, reviews, and creator information are opinions or informational signals, not professional advice or guarantees of quality.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will always be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustContent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms and will revise the date shown above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using TrustContent at any time.
